Why straight-sided, not tapered

A straight-sided dropper bottle sits flat in the carton and in the display tray, so it ships without a custom insert and packs two units per row on a standard 100 mm shelf. The square-shoulder tapered bottle looks nicer on a shelf but it costs you a mould and a bespoke carton. If your order is under about 20,000 pcs, straight sides is usually the cheaper call — we will say so before you commit.

Why rubber-top, not the new “square top”

The rubber bulb is the part your customers touch every single use. Ours is a nitrile-free rubber that does not harden or smell after six months on the shelf. The collar sits on an 18 mm neck, which is the most common dropper size in serums — so your filling line, your capping head and your carton supplier all already have the tooling.

Best for

Serum, essential oil blend, face oil, vitamin C and retinol drops, CBD and hemp oil in regulated markets, sample and travel sizes, and pharmacy own-label. Amber is the default if the formula is light sensitive; clear costs less and sells better for colour-matched oil blends.

What you can change

• Colour: clear, amber, green, blue, frosted, or gradient sprayed

• Dropper top: black rubber, white rubber, or the newer square (flat-top) bulb

• Collar: black, white, or a brand colour; matte or gloss; with or without a tamper band

• Logo: hot stamping on the collar, 1–4 colour UV print on the bottle, or a printed label

• Closure: child-resistant (CRC) dropper on request for EU and US markets

• Set: pairs with our 30 ml or 50 ml cream jar in one gift box
